Challah and Candlestick Tray "Shabbat Shalom" (38*25 cm)
An elegant tray for the Shabbat table, made of a stainless-steel layer with delicate laser-cut pomegranate and leaf motifs, and the words "Shabbat Shalom" at the bottom. Clear glass rests over the cutout, providing a surface for the challah or candlesticks. The glass is secured by specially designed bends and can be easily removed to clean away challah crumbs. This design protects the delicate cutout during use every Shabbat and keeps the tray looking clean and shiny. The tray is suitable for challah and also serves as a base for Shabbat candlesticks.
The price is for the tray only. In the third photo, it is shown with coordinating items for illustrative purposes only (candlesticks, a challah cover, and a salt cellar), which are not included.

Use and Gift
The "Shabbat Shalom" challah and candlestick tray adds a festive touch to the home. A distinguished gift for a wedding, housewarming, or young couple, and also a wonderful gift to take abroad.
On the Shabbat Table and the Challah
At every Shabbat meal, a blessing is recited over two whole loaves of challah, "lechem mishneh," commemorating the manna that fell in the desert in a double portion on the eve of Shabbat. It is customary to place the challah on a dignified tray and cover it until Kiddush. A beautiful challah tray, or a tray for the candlesticks used to light the Shabbat candles, makes the Shabbat table more festive and lends it honor, in the spirit of the verse, "And you shall call the Shabbat a delight."
About the Artist Dorit Klein
Dorit Klein is an Israeli Judaica artist, born in Israel to a long-established Jerusalem family. She began drawing at a very young age, encouraged by her mother, and worked in commercial graphic design for many years, until her love of Jewish art became her main pursuit. Since 2003, she has designed and created "Dorit Judaica" in the studio in the courtyard of her home in Petah Tikva. Her designs are distinguished by vivid, harmonious colors, precisely laser-cut metalwork, and the integration of verses, blessings, and prayers from Jewish sources with motifs such as pomegranates, flowers, hamsas, birds, and Jerusalem landscapes.
