Returns and cancellations

  • The transaction can be canceled by contacting the company's customer service by phone or e-mail. The cancellation of the transaction will be effective only after receiving a fax or e-mail from the company confirming the request to cancel the transaction. In the event that the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the company, and all costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer. The product will be returned when it is in its original packaging with the original invoice and 30 days have not yet passed from the date of purchase of the product. A product can be returned if the product arrives without any use, or damage caused by using the product. • In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the company will refund the customer's money against the return of the product in its entirety. • If the transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company. The transaction cancellation policy detailed above will only apply to products purchased on the site. The company will not handle the return of products purchased through another source.
