1. General

1.2. Using the site and ordering are subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Family Membership Terms. Mandatory consumer law always prevails. If the Hebrew and English versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.

1.3. Orders are for customers aged 18+.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in ILS (other currencies are an estimate) and include Israeli VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before payment. Product photos are illustrative; sizes are listed on each product page. We may cancel an order and refund in full in case of an obvious pricing error.

3. Orders and payment

You will receive an order confirmation email. Payment methods: credit card, Bit, PayPal, PayBox and bank transfer (the methods available for each order are shown at checkout; Bit, PayBox and bank-transfer orders are processed once payment is received). If an item becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative or a full refund. We may decline orders suspected of fraud, with a full refund.

4. Shipping

4.1. Israel: ₪35 per order; free over ₪299.

4.2. International: by an international carrier of our choice, at the shipping option and rate shown at checkout before payment. Where a "free shipping" offer is shown on the product page or at checkout (for example on jewelry), it applies on the terms shown there. Import duties and taxes in the destination country, if any, are paid by the recipient.

4.3. Jewelry usually ships the same or next business day; gifts, art and Judaica within 1–2 business days, some directly from the artist (possibly in several parcels). Engraved / made-to-order items: as stated on the product page.

5. Cancellations and returns

5.1. Contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp with your name and order number or via the Cancel an order page (linked at the bottom of every page).

5.2. You may cancel from the order date until 14 days after receiving the item (4 months for senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants, as provided by Israeli law).

5.3. Change-of-mind returns: unused and undamaged, returned at your cost. No cancellation fee. Refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, to the original payment method.

5.4. Defective, wrong or late items: full refund, no fee, and we cover return shipping.

5.5. Personalised / engraved items cannot be cancelled unless defective or not as ordered.

6. Warranty

12 months (unless stated otherwise) for manufacturing defects under reasonable use; excludes misuse, impact, broken chains and normal wear. This does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Israel Gifts Family

Free to join: 2% cashback in points on every purchase, including sale and Outlet items (1 point per ₪1 paid for products; 100 points = ₪2), redeemable with no minimum order, and a ₪15 joining gift added 3 days after your first order is paid, subject to marketing consent. 9. Privacy and marketing

We use your details to fulfil and support your order and share them only with those needed for it (Shopify, payment processor, couriers, suppliers that ship directly) or as required by law. Marketing emails only with your opt-in consent; unsubscribe anytime. Full details and your rights to access, correct and delete your data: Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All site content belongs to Israel Gifts or its suppliers and may not be copied without written permission.

12. Governing law

Israeli law applies; the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
