Yes. Easy returns within 14 business days of receiving your item, with no cancellation fee. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, together with the invoice. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days, less the shipping cost (even if shipping was shown as free), and return shipping is at the customer's expense. Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel a transaction within 4 months, as provided by Israeli law.

Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the item, with a photo of the defect, and before using the item in any way. We will replace the item or refund the full amount, and we will cover shipping in both directions.
