כל ההזמנות מהאתר מתבצעות באמצעות חברת שליחויות עם שליח עד הבית.

– תכשיטים: 2-6 ימי עסקים (במידה ולא מדובר בתכשיט בעיצוב אישי)
– יודאיקה ואמנות: 4-7 ימי עסקים.

האינטרס שלנו משותף – שתקבלו את ההזמנות מהר ככל שניתן! אנחנו עומדים באופן אישי לרשות קהל לקוחותינו עד קבלת ההזמנה.
זמני משלוח:
– שליח עד הבית 2-5 ימי עסקים ליישובים מרכזיים.
– אספקה לקיבוצים\מושבים 3-6 ימי עסקים.

זמני טיפול:
– הזמנות תכשיטים ישלחו לרוב באותו יום! במידה וההזמנה נכנסה בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות (עד 11-12 בצהריים).
הזמנות הנכנסות לאחר מכן יטופלו ביום למחרת. 
– הזמנות מאמנים שונים (דוד גרשטיין, יאיר עמנואל, דורית קליין, ועוד): מרבית המוצרים נמצאים במלאי, וישלחו תוך 1-3 ימי עסקים (חלק מהמוצרים נשלח ישירות מהאמן על מנת לחסוך בעלויות שילוח וקיצור זמנים).
– הזמנות מיוחדות בייצור \ או הזמנות בעיצוב אישי יישלחו עד 4-5 ימי עסקים ממועד הרכישה (לא כולל זמן משלוח). 

חשוב לציין, הזמנים הנקובים נועדו לכיסוי וגיבוי עמידה בזמנים. לרוב הזמנות יתקבלו מהר יותר.
