Product returns

Easy, hassle-free returns within 14 business days of receiving your item, with no cancellation fee.

Returning an item in its original condition: The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, together with the invoice. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days, less the shipping cost (even if shipping was shown as free). Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Item received damaged: Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the item, with a photo of the defect, and before using the item in any way. In that case we will replace the item or refund the full amount, and we will cover shipping in both directions.
Warranty: 12 months (unless stated otherwise) under reasonable use. The warranty does not cover a torn chain.
Items that cannot be cancelled or returned: Personalized or engraved items — once the item has been engraved or made specially for the customer, the order cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be returned, unless it arrived damaged.
Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel a transaction within 4 months, as provided by Israeli law.
